Senior Lead Java Developer Opportunity

As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Java-based applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of talented developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives.

You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle (SDLC).

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design is also essential.

Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of extensive experience in Java development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.
  • Proven experience in a lead or senior developer role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Deep expertise in Java 8+ and its core libraries, as well as popular frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
