The Electro / Mechanical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of equipment and systems across managed properties. Their responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance programs, renewing regulatory permits, and guaranteeing the presence of Basic Life and Safety measures.

 

In the event of technical issues, this individual will provide 24/7 assistance for troubleshooting and repair, restoring normal operations as soon as possible.

 

To excel in this position, a strong background in electro-mechanical engineering is essential, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
