Job Description:

The Senior Network Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing network solutions that meet the evolving needs of EssilorLuxottica. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of new and existing design requirements, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
  2. Design standard LAN and WAN models using High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) methodologies.
  3. Collaborate with operators and local teams to ensure seamless equipment installation and setup.
  4. Lead testing efforts, including failover validation, internet breakout verification, and functionality testing of network devices.
  5. Provide expert-level support for complex network issues and lead fault management processes as needed.
  6. Maintain network stability, response time, and operational consistency, while delivering monthly reports on activity, quality, and performance.
  7. Ensure accurate documentation, including procedures and SOPs.
  8. Effectively hand over responsibilities to the support team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in network IT, with a solid understanding of routing, switching, and security system integration.
  • CCNP/CCDP certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
