At Hunter's Hub Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Virtualization Architect and Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical consulting services and designing virtual platforms that meet the needs of our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Technical Consulting Services (Design): As a Senior Virtualization Architect and Technical Lead, you will provide subject matter expertise in the form of non-functional requirements to projects and strategic virtualization initiatives. You will also attend to ongoing compliance requirements, advise on DCCS related to security fixes, identification and treatment of platform risks, etc.
  • Functional/Operational Enhancement: You will implement and manage process improvements to enhance efficiency of the team and reduce downtime for the business. You will also handle complex technical issues and provide solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support: As a Senior escalation point for all DCCS technical matters, you will lead all problem records and own them till resolution. You will also provide Life Cycle Management Strategy for all DCCS coordinating the topic across the DCCS technical team.

Key Requirements:

  • Breadth of experience across the area of Infrastructure with deep technical expertise on one of the areas: Virtual Platform, Cloud Computing, Database Administration, or OS Management.
  • Cross-Infrastructure knowledge/awareness on how network architecture works, such as protocols and/or data center cabling.
  • Experience automating activities and/or maintenance within the DCCS coverage.
  • Deep knowledge on Azure or AWS platform.

Desirable Skills:

  • Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
  • Docker.
  • DevOps environment.
  • ITIL framework.
