Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Server Administrator to join our team at IONOS Philippines Inc. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Hyper-V cluster farm and Active Directories, as well as Entra Tenants and their peripheral systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with 4+ years' experience in Windows stack administration, including managing Microsoft Hyper-V, System Center Suite, Failover Cluster, and Active Directory. Additionally, they will have proficiency in PowerShell scripting, knowledge of TCP/IP networking and standard internet protocols, and experience with current Windows Server systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Administering and maintaining the Hyper-V cluster farm and Active Directories.
  • Interconnecting and collaborating on new infrastructures and implementing them.
  • Driving automation of administrative processes to reduce recurring tasks.

Qualifications / Additional Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certification is an advantage.
  • Strong technical background with 4+ years' experience in Windows stack administration.
  • Practical experience with current Windows Server systems.
  • Profound knowledge of managing Microsoft Hyper-V, System Center Suite, Failover Cluster, and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and standard internet protocols.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace.
