About the Role:
  • Lead the development of a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap.
  • Define architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-performing solutions.
  • Oversee the "Common Domain", identifying shared requirements and creating foundational systems that support other business domains.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. You'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding the architecture team to encourage professional growth and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
