Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our business development team and assist them in the recruitment process for open positions our clients have. Your role will involve sourcing potential candidates on international markets through various methods, identifying talented individuals via LinkedIn, Job portals, Internal Database and Personal networks.

Pipelining good-fit candidates and interviewing them via telephone and video calls for active roles. You will be accountable for weekly KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  2. Sourcing and identifying top talent in the market via social media, job portals and other channels
  3. Pipeline management and interview coordination for active roles
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and meet targets

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is hungry to master the International Recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any related field
  2. 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within an Executive Search firm
  3. Fluent in English, written and spoken
  4. Energetic and positive individual, oriented towards constantly improving their skills
  5. Sales and result-driven mindset
