Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding policy-related matters, including claims, policy changes, and premium payments.">
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell policies to existing clients, utilizing persuasive communication skills to offer additional products and services where appropriate.">
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI), Evidence of Property Insurance (EOP), and Homeowners Insurance documentation efficiently and accurately.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.">

Requirements:

">Insurance Knowledge & Experience">
  • ">
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, preferably with a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance policies, coverages, and products.">
  • Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., Partners XE) and proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle complex insurance issues, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.">
