The ideal candidate will oversee the management of records control and documentation, general services transactions, and projects. This role requires strategic management skills, with a focus on engineering services, corporate planning, business process improvements, and personnel management.
Key Qualifications:
- College Graduate with 5 years of work experience in property management, materials management, and documentation, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Ability to start immediately and work in San Pedro, Laguna.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
- Oversee general services transactions and projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business processes and achieve organizational goals.
