Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to contribute to the delivery of exceptional contract compliance services.


This role involves applying educational background and experience in accounting, auditing, or data analytics to support global client projects.


Main Responsibilities

You will assist in the execution of compliance audits, including planning, execution, and reporting activities. This will involve compiling raw data, data analysis, product testing, and interviewing key individuals.


You will manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams across regions and travel may be required up to 50% domestically or internationally.


Requirements
  • Audit experience is preferred but not required.
  • Big Four accounting firm experience is also preferred but not required.
  • At least three years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education.
  • Data analytics skills and background.
  • Fluent English communication both verbally and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and other data analytics tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
  • Detailed oriented, hard working, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent required.
  • MBA/CPA/CA certification is not required but advantageous.
