Job Summary

The Private Banking Head will lead the private banking business in Hong Kong, driving growth and strengthening relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business opportunities and acquire clients in the Hong Kong private banking market.
  • Expand and manage relationships with HNWIs, ultra-HNWIs, family offices, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic direction for wealth management solutions, investment advisory, and estate planning.
  • Lead a team of relationship managers to deliver exceptional client service.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
  • Promote the bank's image through high-level business engagements.
Qualifications
  • A strong network and client connections in the Hong Kong financial and private banking industry.
  • A proven track record in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory.
  • Experience working in Hong Kong private banking/financial institutions; preferably based in Hong Kong.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and business development skills.
  • An in-depth understanding of investment products, global markets, and wealth solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with cross-cultural adaptability.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a deep understanding of the private banking landscape in Hong Kong.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory is required.
