Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Data Researcher to join our growing team.

In this role, you will transform property information into client-ready reports complete with location details, technical specs, and estimated energy savings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receive a property address from our sales team and independently gather all relevant public information online
  • Use tools like Google, Google Maps, and AI-powered platforms to research the building, its specifications, and location details
  • Follow a clear step-by-step process to generate accurate estimates of energy savings based on internal criteria
  • Design and produce a clean, professional report that includes building specs, property visuals, energy savings summaries, key technical and geographic information, and more
Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role: report creation, property research, construction documentation, or similar
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other report/layout tools
  • Strong online research skills using public records, mapping tools, and property databases
  • Working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents (or willingness to learn)
  • Eye for design, layout consistency, and detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
