Key IT Professional Role

We seek a skilled IT engineer to join our team. This individual will provide technical support, manage IT operations, and contribute to enterprise system enhancements.

  • Resolve customer computer and application issues in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently manage the IT ticket queue.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ongoing travel may be required to oversee hardware shipping and receiving.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain vendor payment processes.
  • Achieve internal policy compliance for patch management and other critical IT procedures.
  • Work closely with the global IT team to resolve complex issues.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in assigned IT projects.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of experience in IT engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in providing computer-related technical support.
  • Proficiency in end-user operating systems and server operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking principles including TCP/IP and routing.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, EC2.
  • Experience with Single Sign On platforms like Okta.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration software.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
