About the Role

The Shoppes at Solaire Team Lead will oversee the management of The Shoppes at Solaire and its Tenants, ensuring all KPIs and OEIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP, SCO to manage The Shoppes at Solaire and its Tenants, driving business growth and success.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, focusing on maximizing lease space occupancy.
  • Conduct market studies and provide research to create lease terms and conditions beneficial to both Solaire and its Tenants.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.

Tenant Relationship Building

  • Become skilled in building relationships with Tenants, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Understand the importance of communication and negotiation in resolving disputes and addressing issues.
  • Drive revenue and productivity growth among Tenants, promoting a service/retail culture that meets Solaire's standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, leveraging expertise and resources effectively.
  • Pose creative solutions and action plans to drive business growth and success.
