Job Description:

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to oversee the growth of our affiliate program. This role will be responsible for managing and scaling our affiliate programs, launching campaigns from top-performing user-generated content, and driving consistent sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop setup, and creator partnerships. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to keep creators/affiliates engaged and active.

This is a full-time role that requires collaboration with the CEO and Growth team. The successful candidate will join as an independent contractor and will be responsible for their own taxes/compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale affiliate programs
  • Launch campaigns from top-performing user-generated content
  • Drive consistent sales
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Growth team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing
  • Proficiency with ShareASale, UpPromote, and knowledge of designing incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue
  • Strong outreach skills, relationship nurturing abilities, and the capacity to keep creators/affiliates engaged and active
  • Data-driven approach: comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting
