We are seeking an experienced professional to join our growing marketing team as a Middle Affiliate Manager.
Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of affiliate marketing in the USA iGaming market, strong industry connections, and a results-driven approach.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing our affiliate portfolio while working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Actively seek out and onboard new affiliates to grow the partner network.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Proven track record working with affiliates in the USA market with strong existing relationships.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting best practices.
