
Senior Relationship Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our software and service, and that they are able to maximize the value they receive from our platform.
Responsibilities- Become the primary contact post-sales, by conducting a thorough customer onboarding process and taking full ownership of the account's health post-implementation
- Prepare the account to be billable by ensuring that the customer successfully starts with our service, through an introduction to our platform, and by prompting the customer to delegate their first task
- Build a goal plan for the customer, focused on short and long-term goals towards growth, and identify ways we can support those goals
- Proactively manage the relationship between our virtual assistants and your assigned clients, including periodic email check-ins, ad-hoc phone/conference calls/texts, and actively checking in with the virtual assistants, supervisors, and managers assigned to the account
- Manage all inbound customer communications by organizing/escalating and resolving issues appropriately, including assistant quality, staff replacement, billing, sales, and technical inquiries
- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least a year of experience in client relationship management and/or project management
- Experience with process implementation is preferred but not required
- Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools
- Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and/or technology-based solutions
- Understanding of goal development and implementation
- Positive attitude with the desire to contribute to the success of the company and the ability to remain professional while under pressure
- Ability to use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Fast reliable Internet connection and reliable electricity
- Professional microphone headset or functional computer microphone equivalent
- Clean and professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers
