Customer Support Associate

About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and monitor customer interactions.
  2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  3. Document all customer transactions accurately.
  4. Resolve customer disputes and ensure continuity.
  5. Share information with colleagues as required.
  6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Communications, Sociology, Psychology).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
