At the heart of every successful campaign lies a well-crafted strategy.

The Role

As a Creative Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing ad creatives that drive results. You will work closely with internal design teams and external partners to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.

You will source, brief, and manage User-Generated Content (UGC) creators and agencies to deliver high-quality video content on a daily basis. Your mission is to translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • Sourcing, briefing, and managing UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily.

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Working with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.
Essentials to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • A strong understanding of paid platforms and what drives conversions.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics.
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
