Sales Territory Manager

About the Role:
The District Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities and business building related to wholesalers, independent drugstores, chain, hospitals and institutional channels for Visayas and Mindanao. They will lead a team of Territory Sales Representatives, drive growth, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in pharma distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and evaluate the individual Territory Representative's operation regarding target accounts, call planning, effective calls, post-call analysis and expenses to improve/maintain sales force productivity and territory productivity.
- Ensure Territory Sales Representatives maintain a high level of product knowledge and conduct pre and post-call analysis.
- Train, coach, develop and evaluate field force to increase team's productivity.
- Perform field assessments of Territory Sales Representatives performance to determine strengths, development areas, needs and potentials.
- Monitor and review all reports of TSRs, ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time.
- Evaluate district business plans and implement changes as necessary.
- Focus team on sales targets and achievement.
- Lead and supervise a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.
