At Castles International Technology and Services, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Development Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new merchant opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Territory Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities in assigned territories.
  2. Prospect and Identify New Merchant Opportunities: Actively search for and approach new merchants who could benefit from our products or services.
  3. Conduct Sales Presentations: Meet with potential clients face-to-face to demonstrate the value of our offerings and tailor presentations to address their specific needs.
  4. Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with merchants, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to signing them on.
  5. Territory Management: Effectively manage an assigned geographic territory, targeting high-potential areas and segments for merchant acquisition.
  6. Field Engagement: Regularly visit merchant sites to conduct face-to-face meetings, check on the status of current accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
  7. Sales Reporting: Document all sales activities, leads, client meetings, and progress in our CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance and results to management.
