Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for logistics services, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and business continuity.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand logistics requirements and optimize procurement activities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential logistics service providers, conduct market research, and maintain a reliable supplier database.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and secure long-term partnerships that support operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to foster trust and drive collaboration.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional value.
