We're seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of our Social Media Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen understanding of marketing strategy, performance, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands.
  • Align all social media content with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions.
  • Determine which posts require boosting, schedule them optimally, and execute efficiently without requiring excessive guidance.
  • Run Meta ads effectively, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and correlate social content with operational performance and in-store sales.
  • Collaborate closely with on-ground teams for seamless execution.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills independently.

Requirements:

  • A self-driven individual with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
  • A solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Fluency in social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics.
  • An understanding of how social media drives business outcomes beyond mere impressions.
