As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to end-users and internal teams.

Job Description
  • Technical Operations
    • You will provide support for multiple platforms, including Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, Microsoft 365, and others.
    • Using ConnectWise Automate, you will offer remote desktop support.
    • You will be responsible for network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
    • You will also work with Fortinet FortiGate Gateways, high availability setups, and Microsoft Azure servers.
  • Helpdesk Support
    • You will assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades.
    • You will also provide pre-sales support to the engineering team, sales teams, and customers.
    • You will deliver post-sales support to customers after they purchase a Mikrotik product.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • You will monitor user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email.
    • You will assist with department process documentation.
    • You will perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
  • You must have proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
  • You should possess a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network.
  • You should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • You should demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
