Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft detailed test plans that cover all aspects of software development and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  2. Document and replicate reported issues to facilitate effective resolution and ensure seamless user experience.
  3. Collaborate with customer service teams to quickly identify and resolve performance issues and improve overall user satisfaction.
  4. Update internal documentation regularly to reflect the latest updates and changes, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate information.
  5. Identify and report performance issues, contributing to the enhancement of the overall user experience.
  6. Participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong foundation in software testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to approach complex issues from multiple angles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Familiarity with mobile and web applications, including testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
