About The Role

This position provides hands-on technical support, feature explanation, and best practice guidance for our product in a fast-paced environment.

A successful technical support specialist operates efficiently in this climate, maintaining composure, professionalism, and understanding of our services, team needs, and delivering high-level client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
  • Resolve tickets, troubleshoot technical and process issues, and maintain system functionality by testing computer components.
  • Design and implement networks, consult with users, and maximize computer systems capabilities.
  • Test compatibility, gather data, confirm program objectives, and evaluate vendor-supplied software.
  • Install software, train users, maintain system capability, carry out performance tuning, document updates, and stay up-to-date on technical advancements.
  • Support other team members to ensure program success.
What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably via email and chat.
  • Experience installing and uninstalling apps from phones and computers.
  • General knowledge of web-based and mobile apps.
  • Passion for exceptional customer experiences and ability to use challenging situations as opportunities to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions, conflict resolution skills, and even temperament.
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English.
  • Properly understand and convey tone via written communications.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, impeccable judgment, loads of empathy, and a proactive attitude.

Additional requirements include supporting the team, taking initiative, acquiring valuable customer insights, and having a flexible work schedule and passion for Customer Experience.

  • A proven ability to work remotely as part of a team but also with limited direction is highly desired.
