Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications
- Oversee user access and permissions to ensure security and compliance
- Develop and deliver training programs to help users effectively utilize applications
- Analyze application performance and usage to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in application-related projects, including planning, implementation, and deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)
- Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
- Experience with incident and problem management
- Knowledge in programming languages, Java and Python is a plus
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
- Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework (certification is a plus)
- Very good language skills in English (written/oral)
