Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Position

This is a high profile position requiring strong project management skills, working closely with senior personnel in finance teams of publicly listed companies and multinational environments.

The Grant Thornton FAAS team provides practical solutions to clients' complex financial reporting issues. Our focus is on responding quickly to fast moving business processes and timelines.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of auditing or preparing financial statements, with experience in top 20 practices. They possess strong project management skills and are proficient in Caseware for accounts preparation.

A passion for client service, commercial awareness, and ability to learn quickly are essential. Proficiency in IFRS and financial reporting is also highly valued.

The role involves:

  • Previous experience of working with MNCs an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Broad international experience through working with and auditing companies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong experience in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintaining and developing key client relationships.
  • Designing and implementing project plans.
  • Ensuring completion of assignments within appropriate budget and timeframe.
  • Self-motivated and able to work within a team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE practical experience of auditing or preparing financial statements.
  • Strong project management skills.
