Senior WordPress Developer LeadWe are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure project delivery meets deadlines.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the development team, management, and clients, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and progress updates.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and applications using best practices in web development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, including multisite configuration, custom themes, plugins, ACF, and Gutenberg editor.
  • Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading a development team.
  • Portfolio: Links to sample work or portfolio required.
  • Security and Performance: Strong understanding of WordPress security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
  • Agile Methodology: Proven expertise in Agile methodology.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • JavaScript Frameworks: Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, AlpineJS, and Vue.
  • Webflow: Experience in Webflow.
  • Sketch and Invision: Proficiency in Sketch and Invision.
