Job Overview

The Senior Controller will lead the end-to-end financial management cycle, encompassing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes. This role ensures the integrity of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.

This includes:

  • Leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities to support business objectives.
  • Oversight of month-end close processes for timely and accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
