We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate. As a key member of our back-office operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding process for employees. This includes coordinating with our MIS team, submitting required data for validation, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and managing tickets raised by employees and program managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with MIS team and submit required data for validation
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders and ensure all stages of employee onboarding are complete
  • Ticket management (email, chat) of issues raised by employees as well as program managers regarding process, status, tools etc.
  • Prepare weekly reports and summary of Onboarding data and progress
  • Demonstrate willingness to help
  • Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures

Desirable Skills:

  • Effective interpersonal skills; personable, diplomatic, flexible, patient
  • Knowledge on ticketing tool
  • Familiarity with, or capability to rapidly acquire trouble shooting skills
  • Sound knowledge of personal computers and their operating systems or capability to acquire this knowledge rapidly
