Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Software Test Engineer. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for software testing.
As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for executing software functions in a controlled manner to determine whether the software behaves as specified or expected. You will also identify risks, issues, and problems on the product feature and propose mitigation steps. Additionally, you will develop test plans and procedures for application-level and integration testing, execute manual tests, analyze defects, and verify applied fixes or enhancements.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Required Skills and Qualifications:

After a rigorous training program of up to two months, you will immediately get to work on one of our projects. We are working on mission-critical government systems or commercial products that are leveling up the way the world does business.
Software testing is an integral part of our quality assurance activities. When testing, our testers try to find the problems with the program being tested as they use it. Problems, or bugs, include anything that is wrong with the program, or anything that could have been missed out during the design and implementation of the program.
Our new hires undergo a comprehensive in-house training course on the fundamentals of software testing. The primary responsibilities of software testers include being a stakeholder in the quality assurance of their projects, through activities such as developing test plans and procedures for application-level and integration testing; execution of manual tests; defect analysis and reporting; and verification of applied fixes or enhancements.
To emphasize the importance of continuous growth and learning, skilled and experienced testers soon take on additional roles and responsibilities in their project and in the company based on their past performance and demonstrated capabilities.
Career paths available to testers include:
Mentors: Provide guidance to newer testers in the team.
Lead testers: Take up various roles such as providing design specs, coordinating testers in the team, and conducting reviews on the works of other members.
Team leaders: Oversee the entire development team.
Senior testers: Conduct training and help out in process improvement activities in the company.
