Test Developer

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing and developing manual and automation test tools, methodologies, scripts and executing end-to-end automation and manual test cases, tracking results and logging defects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing with experience in both manual and automated testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating and test coverage.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, develop and execute test plans and ensure that all assigned testing deliverables are met within the sprint and product release.
In addition, you will collaborate with business users, business analysts and engineers to ensure that any assigned defects are resolved and maintain awareness of external environments and trends in testing to contribute to the improvement of processes and assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Software Testing Experience: 3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Automation Testing Experience: At least 3 years of experience in automation testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating and test coverage.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with Selenium, Java, Maven and Postman, as well as familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and processes.
