Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for our mental health technology platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading project planning and resource management, as well as experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira metrics-driven project tracking.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring proper resource availability and utilization, developing project schedules and timelines based on estimates, and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.

Additionally, you will be expected to monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups, send regular progress reports to stakeholders, and streamline processes to improve project/sprint velocity.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a focus on KPI monitoring and progress reporting. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira metrics-driven project tracking
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and conflict mediation
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical action
  • Highly analytical with a focus on KPI monitoring, progress reporting, and conducting post-mortems to drive continuous improvement
