Job Opportunity

We are seeking a French-speaking customer service expert to provide exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support in French and English through voice and chat platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Build strong relationships with customers by personalizing each interaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Analyze customer feedback and insights to inform process improvements
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Bilingual customer support experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a bonus
  • Proficiency in French and English
Technical Requirements:
  • A personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds
