Key Responsibilities:

Scope: Process Improvement
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.
  • Design and implement process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, procedures, and training materials.
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of well-established experience as Business Analyst, Process Excellence, and similar roles.
  • Strong background in project and time management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
