Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at Frabelle Corporation.

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

Your primary focus will be on process optimization, where you will work closely with departments to identify areas of inefficiency and develop solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies.

You will also be responsible for conducting process mapping and gap analysis, standardizing best practices, and utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor improvements and make necessary adjustments.

In addition, you will provide training to employees and teams on continuous improvement methodologies and tools, mentor members on Lean and Six Sigma concepts, and organize workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.

Furthermore, you will engage with various stakeholders to understand business needs and align continuous improvement efforts with organizational goals, prepare and present regular reports on progress, metrics, and results of improvement projects to senior management, and use data analysis tools to assess and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
