Professional Financial Expert

This role plays a critical part in supporting financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Perform daily tasks to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
- Financial Statement Preparation:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate various financial reports to support decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.
- Clients & Vendors Support:
- Support invoicing and billing.
- Maintain accurate client and vendor records.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Assist with the preparation and filing of US tax forms (e.g., sales tax, 1099s).
- Support the compilation of necessary documentation for income tax preparation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant US tax regulations.
- Audit Support:
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
