We are seeking a dedicated support professional to provide high-quality assistance to our care coordination team.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth coordination of services for our clients. As the first point of contact, you will deliver excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks, ensuring timely communication, and escalating concerns when needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the care coordinators, including scheduling and coordinating services for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Evaluate and escalate clinical or case management issues to the relevant care coordinator.
- Liaise with clients, families, service providers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and customer service within the aged care or disability sector.
- Experience working with Australian clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with aged care/disability sector regulations, funding, and terminology is highly regarded.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
