About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planning professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by ensuring exceptional customer service and sales support. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing the supply chain to match demand and supply using advanced planning systems.
  • Developing and implementing Supply Chain Parameters (e.g., Lead times, Safety Stocks) in line with product life cycles.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. You will also be responsible for:

  • Fulfilling customer sales orders, managing programs forecast, and replenishing safety stock.
  • Planning and releasing feasible production plans to meet demand and loading policy while monitoring supply deviations.

You will also follow established allocation processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure production priorities are met, preventing customer disruptions.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an analytical and process-driven individual with:

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in managing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across cultures.
  • A high level of motivation, strong ownership, and fluency in English.
