About the Role

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced.
  3. Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
  4. Monitor expenses, track budgets, and ensure financial accuracy.
  5. Manage invoices, payments, and vendor records.
  6. Assist with preparing documentation for tax filings and audits.
  7. Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in bookkeeping within the retail, fashion, or apparel industry.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
