Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on online reputation management and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in monitoring and managing online comments, generating positive app store reviews, and handling other high-priority tasks to support the executive team.

  • Monitor Reddit threads and respond appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation
  • Develop strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments
  • Generate and coordinate positive app store reviews through legitimate channels
  • Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
  • Serve as a point person for urgent, high-visibility brand issues
