Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and leadership, with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial updates to the executive team, guiding fiscal planning and growth. They will also oversee a back-office team, focusing on development and scaling to meet expanding business needs.

  • Support the executive leadership team in providing regular financial updates, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee Month-End Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation across multiple entities and states.
  • Manage cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, adhering to regulatory and GAAP compliance.
  • Lead multi-entity, multi-state payroll processing, working closely with HR and other teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions, and work with the team in optimizing processes for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements, including experience with income tax.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations.
