Job Title: Quality Rater

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Rater to play a vital role in evaluating online content in the local language using our proprietary rating systems and guidelines.

As a Quality Rater, you will be responsible for reviewing web pages, links, and questions, sometimes conducting additional online research to ensure accurate assessments.

This is a flexible, remote work opportunity that requires 5-20 hours per week, with tasks completed using a personal computer or mobile device.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate information presented in the rater's local language based on our provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Log onto our online proprietary rating system(s), which may vary by specific rating programs.
  • Use your own computer, tablet, and/or smartphone to complete tasks (approximately 5-20 hours per week). Remote work is required.
  • Perform ratings in an analytical manner and demonstrate familiarity with various online research tools.
  • Provide occasional comments in English when required.
Task Details:
  • Tasks take the form of a web page with information, links, and questions for the rater to answer.
  • Some tasks require outside research on the web; some do not.
  • Some tasks require the Rater to work with mobile smartphones (Android or iOS).
  • The Rater completes the task, submits it to the system, and then receives another task to continue the process.
Guidelines and Training:
  • Guidelines and system instructions are provided in English by Google.
  • Training is administered by our selected supplier.
