Senior Network Automation Engineer

This position is dedicated to the development and deployment of advanced automation capabilities within network environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps solutions that streamline network operations, enhance network performance, and improve overall efficiency.

• Ensure projects align with the broader business environment in which the organization operates.
• Business Acumen: Ensure automation projects align with the overall business strategy and objectives, contributing to organizational growth and success. Identify and implement automation solutions that reduce operational costs and improve resource efficiency.
• Process Management: Lead the end-to-end automation development process, from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to implementation and integration with existing network infrastructure. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to monitor network performance, identify issues, and optimize network operations. Document all automation processes and maintain adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to influence and lead diverse teams. Lead through example and build an appropriate culture and values. Set a tone and expectations for your team and work collaboratively with risk and control partners.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to automation projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness becomes apparent and address it within an appropriate timeframe.
• Project Governance: Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. Awareness and understanding of regulatory frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
• Regulatory Compliance: Display exemplary conduct and live by the organization's Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the organization. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
