Administrative Support Officer - Contract Management Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer - Contract Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our contract management team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the contract management team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient contract management processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates in our system.
- Prepare and send correspondence to customers regarding warranty expiry, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare invoices and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain effective documentation and records, including internal trackers and databases, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Possess a college degree in any discipline, complemented by relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
