Administrative Support Officer - Contract Management Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer - Contract Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our contract management team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the contract management team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient contract management processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates in our system.
  • Prepare and send correspondence to customers regarding warranty expiry, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare invoices and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation and records, including internal trackers and databases, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Possess a college degree in any discipline, complemented by relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
