About the Job

This is a key role within our organization, supporting the day-to-day operations of our high-end condominium clients. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage records, and perform various tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to senior staff members and clients
  • Managing files, documents, and databases to maintain accurate records
  • Assisting with special projects and events as required

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Accounting
  • At least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or General Accounting professional
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office and EXCEL
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
