Project Management Lead Role

Leads the delivery of digital projects and programs by:

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees project delivery management, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business units and stakeholders.
    • Develops and manages detailed project timelines to ensure resource alignment and efficient delivery.
    • Maximizes resource utilization to meet timeframes and quality standards.
    • Coaches and mentors team members, fostering accountability and motivation.
    • Updates team on project status as per agreed-upon frequency.
    • Facilitates learning through retrospectives and post-mortem analyses.
    • Provides direct supervision and mentoring to project team members.
    • Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect, collaborating with the technical delivery team.
    • Identifies, monitors, and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until closure.
    • Monitors and controls project expenses to ensure adherence to cost baselines.
    • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
    • Establishes and ensures governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices.
    • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans.
    • Ensures the implemented solution aligns with the Solutions Architect's design and Enterprise Architecture.
