About the Role:

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with end-users, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They will liaise between internal/external teams to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term customer relationships.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and build positive relationships with clients.
  • Generate potential business using existing customers and network.

  • Monitor sales metrics on a monthly basis (e.g. revenue, gross profit).
  • Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.

  • Update job knowledge by joining professional organizations.
  • Provide regular communication with customers and aspire to deliver a positive experience.
  • Liaise between customer and other functional groups regarding account status and project progress.
