The Retail and Content Design Officer will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical retail design and content adaptation plans for the business unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze store efforts and provide recommendations to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Assist in developing and executing store design models that align with the company's brand vision.
  • Lead specific workstreams, such as menuboard evolution and impulse take-out design, to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing & Operations to gather actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.

Omnichannel Content Adaptation:

  • Develop omnichannel content and in-store merchandising from briefs to deployment, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Work with creative agencies to adapt design playbooks for marketing activities, resulting in effective and engaging promotions.
  • Assist in briefing, validating, and producing digital content materials that meet the company's high standards.
  • Ensure the timely execution of merchandising materials in stores, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Partnerships and Data Management:

  • Build and track a database of marketing assets for efficiency and cost-savings, streamlining processes and reducing waste.
  • Monitor Total A&P spend and communicate overspend/cash availability, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Track marketing key performance results and provide insights for execution and content adaptation, driving continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Multimedia Design, Marketing, or Business Administration is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital content asset production and brand building, preferably within a retail environment.
  • A willingness to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up) and conduct fieldwork as needed.
